The Amelia Island Jazz Festival Board of Directors has decided to award a $1,000 scholarship. The scholarship is to be awarded to an outstanding high school graduate who has been accepted by an accredited college. Candidates are expected to be working toward a major or minor in music, preferably in the field of jazz performance or related area.
