The sun is shining gloriously, it is a beautiful day! My legs are achin' a bit from riding my bicycle more this past week than I have in the past 10 years. But ya know what? It feels really dang good. Even though it tires me out slightly, I have more energy now than in so long, and I can't wait to get out there and do it again. Feel the burn baby! And stay strong ya'll!!!

This is the time of year when we all want to enjoy the great ourdoors.  And most of us treat our pets as one of our family.  But please be careful when taking you pet outdoors for some family fun.  The Florida sun can really drain our furry friends.  Make sure you have plenty of water for your dog.  A shady spot so Fido can take 5 and cool off is always a good idea as well.

Many people love to walk downtown with their dogs, but remember....your dog doesn't have shoes, so the hot sidewlk and pavement can be torture for them.  The kindest thing you can sometimes do is leave them at home.  But you can always run by Red Bones Dog Bakery and get them a little surprise.
